This notice covers the SymFactor website. It does not cover the SymFactor platform, which is governed by the agreement with each client.

What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.
• It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• It loads no resources from third parties. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this domain.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. To deliver pages securely, the hosting service processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details in its request logs.

Contact form and email

If you send the contact form or write to hello@symfactor.com, we use your name, company, email address and message only to answer you. The form is delivered to our inbox by Microsoft Azure Communication Services in the EU. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Send requests to hello@symfactor.com.
